**Responsibilities**:
As a part of the Business Enablement Team, this is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, organization wide defaults, sharing rules.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Sandbox environment management.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
- User support tickets.
- Monitor and improve user adoption.
- New user and ongoing user training.
- Closely collaborate with IT on project initiatives and execution. This includes product and system owners, developers, and third-party software/app points of contact.

Qualifications and Background
- Required:_
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience (or equivalent experience on another platform).
- Initial areas of focus are Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience (Service) Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau and related apps and functions.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Additional or Developing Salesforce certifications e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, various Clouds.
- Desirable:_
- Post-Secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent professional training/experience.
- Practical experience using waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Experience in SQL relational databases.
