What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Admin - Contractor for our PayByPhone division. This position falls under our International Fleet line of business and is located in Vancouver, Canada. In this role, you will help facilitate our implementation of Salesforce by supporting the business with customization of the tool to meet our needs. Training and ongoing analysis of requirements is a key component of the role. This is a contract position covering a leave until mid-summer.
The hourly rate for this position is $32.00 CAD - $39.00 CAD.
How We Work
As a Salesforce Administrator
- Contractor, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment reporting to either our Vancouver office location or Hatfield -UK office location. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for end users’ questions and support for Salesforce- Cooperating with key user groups and stakeholders to identify short term needs of the business- Supporting key projects in the organization that require interfaces with Salesforce- Setting up and training new users- Managing users, roles & permissions; implementing processes, workflows and triggers within Salesforce to improve business processes- Providing support with integrations with any tools and managed packages as needed- Providing relevant documentation for Salesforce usage and training opportunities- Managing support requests and administrative needs of user base- Troubleshooting issues and bugs- Performing regularly scheduled audits to ensure the platform is running optimally- Managing Salesforce testing environments
Qualifications & Skills- 3 or more years of experience administering Salesforce- College degree; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered- Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this position- Ability to work with remote team members and prioritize requests- Experience with workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports- Experience with Salesforce digital experience sites (aka communities/portals)- Familiarity with Salesforce software development lifecycle, sandbox environment management, and changeset deployment- Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
