**Responsibilities**:
Answering phones, booking appointments and explaining procedure preparations.

Appointment reminder calls

Patient registration

Printing, scanning, faxing

Other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
Post secondary medical admin certificate or equivalent

1-2 years related experience

Basic computer skills - word, excel, outlook

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial record keeping.
- Ability to effectively manage a variety of tasks while prioritizing workload.
- Experience in team management or leadership roles is a plus.
