Job Description:
Contributing to efficient clinic operations by offering a high level of customer service and accuracy in data entry in a fast paced Medical Imaging environment. This person is regularly collaborating with patients, colleagues, radiologists, technologists and referring physicians.

**Responsibilities**:
Answering phones, booking appointments and explaining procedure preparations.

Appointment reminder calls

Patient registration

Printing, scanning, faxing

Other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
Post secondary medical admin certificate or equivalent

1-2 years related experience

Basic computer skills - word, excel, outlook

Must be able to multi-task and maintain calm demeanor at all timesOffice Administrator

- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting.
- Assist in team management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Contribute to training development initiatives for new employees and ongoing staff education.
- Maintain office equipment and ensure proper functioning of phone systems.
- Perform general office clerk duties such as data entry, filing, and office supply management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial record keeping.
- Ability to effectively manage a variety of tasks while prioritizing workload.
- Experience in team management or leadership roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of training development principles is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
