**IInvestment Service Coordinator**:
We are a well-established Financial Planning firm with multiple advisors working Monday to Friday with office hours of 8:30AM to 5:00PM. No evenings or weekends.
We are looking for a FULL TIME Investment assistant to coordinate, process, and facilitate trades and transactions within investment portfolio's.

Please note due to the complex nature of this position, Experience in the Investment processing industry is a prerequisite. Knowledge of the following components is absolutely vital:
Investment products and how they work such as TFSA’s RRSP’s, RESP Grants and Government forms, FHSA, Basic knowledge on investment funds, Application paperwork for Seg fund TFSA’s, RRSP’s, RESP’s is an asset.

Please note this is a support role for the advisors that are in the office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Process paperwork for Investment products: Seg funds, RESP, RDSP, RRSP’s TFSA’s, Non Registered accounts
- Process and facilitate trades
- Prepping files + Reports and summaries
- Handle group plan renewals and quotes
- Scanning all paperwork electronically / Sorting E signatures
- Coordinate with advisors on ongoing projects and tasks

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English. (French is an asset)
- Strong organizational skills & the ability to prioritize work load.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with others
- Ability to multi task.
- 40+ WPM is a bonus.
- Ability to navigate a computer and have a good skill set of the following software:

- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDF, CRM software.
- Experience in the Insurance industry required
