We’re expanding rapidly and seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator and Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling property-related issues while providing exceptional communication and coordination across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming work orders and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Coordinate inspections and maintenance schedules
- Communicate with tenants, owners, and vendors
- Update owners and agents on maintenance progress
- Monitor and respond to the service inbox
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up documentation

**You’ll Be Working Closely With**:

- Maintenance Director to support day-to-day operations
- Key team members across various departments, including property management, sales, marketing, and accounting.

**Education or Experience**:

- Previous experience in property management or maintenance coordination an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to problem solve and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
