**YOUR MISSION**

As a member of the Touring Shows Division, Transport and Logistics team, you will be involved in the coordination of projects aimed at improving the services offered. In addition, you will be a resource person for the entire team as well as internal and external partners at Cirque du Soleil

**Reporting to the International Logistics Manager, you will be required to**:

- Support with daily OP’s working closely with the Logistics Coordinator in planning and executing the department's projects
- Assist in RFQfor Consolidated and Expedited shipment Internationally
- Foster relationship and improve communication with vendors, carriers & tours
- Assist Coordinating assigned projects that will be contribute to the Touring shows division Transport and logistics team efficiency
- Manage different tour shipping requests such as merchandising movement from various international locations
- Carry out administrative tasks for ongoing projects
- Perform other administrative tasks, IAuditor, SharePoint update, CTS, Wrike, etc.

**YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE**
- A college-level diploma (DEC) in administration or equivalent
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience and/ or Knowledge logistics management
- Philosophy centered on process improvement
- An ability to handle contingencies and work under pressure
- An ability to work and grow as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in both French in English mandatory
