Automotive Sales Consultant

Richmond Hill Toyota is seeking **driven, high-performing Sales Consultants** who thrive in a **high-volume, commission-based environment**. If you’re competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results and earning potential, this is the opportunity for you.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles in a fast-paced, high-traffic dealership
- Handle walk-ins, phone, and digital leads
- Work the full sales cycle from needs analysis to delivery
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM activity and follow-up for maximum conversion
- Build repeat and referral business
**What You Bring**:
- Valid OMVIC License & Driver’s License
- 3+ years of proven sales success (automotive preferred)
- Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- High energy, competitive mindset, and strong work ethic
- Ability to self-manage in a performance-driven environment
- Comfort with CRM systems and digital leads
