Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill is seeking a motivated New & Used Car Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences while growing their careers in automotive sales.

What We Offer:

- Compensation: This is a commission-based pay structure. Earnings are estimated from $60,000 to $120,000 based on experience levels and personal motivation.

- Commission-based pay with performance-based earning potential.

What We’re Looking For:

- Passion for outstanding customer service—treat every guest like a friend.

- Coachable and eager to continuously improve.

- OMVIC license required.

- Proven automotive sales experience preferred.

- Multi-language skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers professionally at every touchpoint, making the experience enjoyable and memorable.

- Follow up on leads from inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Prospect new customers and conduct outreach as needed.

- Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on needs and preferences.

- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.

- Conduct test drives, negotiate, and close sales deals.

- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain precise records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
