Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill is seeking a motivated New & Used Car Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences while growing their careers in automotive sales. What We Offer: Compensation: This is a commission-based pay structure. Earnings are estimated from $60,000 to $120,000 based on experience levels and personal motivation. Coachable and eager to continuously improve. OMVIC license required. Proven automotive sales experience preferred. Multi-language skills are a plus. Key Responsibilities: Engage customers professionally at every touchpoint, making the experience enjoyable and memorable. Follow up on leads from inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prospect new customers and conduct outreach as needed. Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on needs and preferences. Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct test drives, negotiate, and close sales deals. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently. Maintain precise records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
