**Position**:
The **Efficiency Coordinator**, **Efficient Preferred Partner (EPI)**, will coordinate program tracking, monthly invoicing, and delivery agency inquiries/requests, as well as work with end-users customers (inquiries and site visits). Many aspects of this job will entail supporting the Program Manager EPI and program delivery agents/partners in their monthly submissions, inputting results into the tracking system, and analyzing performance data to help inform the Efficient Preferred Partner (EPI) program.

**What to expect in your first several weeks on the job**:
**In the first week, expect to**:

- Meet with the team.
- Read the Evaluation Report and Program Manual
- Have introductions to other functional areas of the business and how they interact with the program.
- Get familiar with the general program processes and how the program operates.
- Observe how delivery agents are managed through job shadowing.

**In the first month, expect to**:

- Become familiar with the program's targets, goals, and objectives.
- Learn how to navigate and understand the lay of the land of other stakeholders and program administrators.
- Become familiar with all program processes.
- Learn how to navigate/use the programs' data management system, the location of all program files, and other project tracking/management tools.
- Process invoices with coaching/support

**In the first three months, expect to**:

- Become familiar with in-depth measure criteria/calculations and more complex measure details.
- Coordinate with delivery agents independently and respond to customer inquiries.
- Be able to manage project/delivery agent tracking information, data management system, and other program processes without assistance.
