PomGrenad is a brand new platform offering dance, yoga and fitness classes. Our ambition with PomGrenad is to become the no. 1 in Canada to offer online health and wellness content, thanks to qualified teachers and an excellent technical team.
**CURIOUS ABOUT OUR CHALLENGES?**
Our team has been working for several months to deliver our online courses on a new platform with innovative features. Our goal is to provide an immersive experience when it comes to practicing dance, yoga and fitness at home. We are looking for new, motivated talents to launch this platform, and thus create a coherent vision.
**MANDATE**
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Marketing and Communication Strategy Manager's main mission is to promote the PomGrenad platform through targeted marketing actions. While following market trends, he must create and develop marketing strategies and ensure that they are consistent with the values and image of PomGrenad. Its role is not only strategic, through monitoring and action planning, but also operational in the execution and monitoring of results.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Market analysis and content creation**:Conduct market research to understand trends, consumer needs and the position of competitors, in order to develop quality content.
- **Developing a communication and marketing strategy**:Develop and implement communications and marketing strategies to achieve company business objectives. This includes target definition, market segmentation and product or service positioning.
- **Promotion et marketing** of the company's products and services.
- **Implementation of multi-channel promotional campaigns** (internet, social networks, advertising, etc.) with the help of the communications and social networks manager.
- **Competitive and technological monitoring**: Keep informed of market developments, new technologies and competitors' actions to adapt marketing strategies accordingly, while ensuring the visibility and notoriety of the company via different media.
- **Performance analysis and reporting**: Measure and analyze key performance indicators of communication and marketing campaigns, such as conversion rate, return on investment, social media engagement, etc. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of actions taken.
- **Plan, execute and analyze Google Ads campaigns** (budget management, performance report on actions and continuous improvement.)
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Very good understanding of social networks, web platforms;
- 3 to 5 years of experience directly related to the position;
- Knowledge of the Canadian market;
- Sense of planning and organization;
- Dynamic, proactive and creative;
- Entrepreneurial spirit;
- English/French bilingualism - our activity is not limited to Quebec;
- Appetites for the world of sport and well-being;
- Experience in SME or web product launch - an asset.
**WORK CONDITIONS**:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday;
- Based in Plateau Mont-Royal, Montreal.
