We are looking for an energetic Marketing Communications and Campaign Manager to join the growing marketing team at Medisca. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple functions to develop, plan, coordinate and deploy targeted and mass campaigns efficiently, with clear communication to all stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Campaign Management (45%)**
You will own and be responsible for the end-to-end multi-channel campaign process, from planning to execution and evaluation, including sales follow-up and lead-to-revenue generation.
- Collaborate with strategic marketers to develop integrated marketing campaigns in order to acquire, activate and retain customers across all channels.
- Contribute to the ideation and development of the marketing 360 plan - project manage all activities prioritising based on business objectives and expected business impact.
- Strategize & manage customer data acquisition, enrichment and retention initiatives in line with marketing and business objectives
- Build nurturing campaigns in our CRM tool (Creatio) that drive prospects and customers through the marketing and sales funnel ensuring high conversion rates.
- Develop and optimize triggered campaigns incl. marketing automation processes
**Content Creation Management (45%)**
You will be responsible for the production of various publications and digital marketing collateral by bringing content together to tell a cohesive story.
- Ensure that SEO and SEM strategies are effectively implemented
- Foster relationships with influencers
- Monitor social listening tools and native platform analytics for top-line insights on what is working/not working
- Edit and fact-check pieces of content generated by product managers
- Research, write and work with design, communication, digital teams and agencies
- Deliver insightful creative concepts in response to briefs for advertising and marketing campaigns across multiple media: print, digital and social.

**We’d Love To Meet You **
- University degree in marketing, or equivalent education and practical experience
- At least 5 years' of communications or digital marketing experience
- Experience in content creation and managing campaign planning & development
- Excellent writing, editing and research skills, with superior knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and style
- Experience working with CRM tools building segments and journeys including data manipulation, campaign list selections, automation, and A/B testing
- Good understanding of demand generation tactics and lead conversion principles
- Effective communicator, able to synthesize data and information so that it tells a compelling story that resonates with target audiences.
- You are self-motivated - You demonstrate tenacity, resilience and strive to deliver results
- You are able to multi-task: organize, prioritize and execute simultaneous projects, and thrive under pressure while working collaboratively in an awesome marketing team
- You are fluent in English and French. This position requires communication with suppliers and facilities based across Canada, United States and overseas.
