**Full-time Project Manager - Construction**

You:

- Excel at estimating and scheduling projects ranging from commercial TI’s to commercial buildings and light industrial work.

- Easily manage the tasks, trades, contracts, costs, scheduling, and quality that others would find overwhelming
- Enjoy reading blueprints and making that vision a reality
- Have experience working with project management software, Microsoft 365 including project
- Lead by example when it comes to health and safety practices and procedures
- Enjoy getting to know clients, understanding their brand, and working to make their vision a reality
- Want to learn about new businesses, their challenges, and requirements
- Are resourceful and find quick and clever ways to overcome any difficulties that arise during projects
- Know that results are more telling than a completed task list
- Have a network of great relationships with trades and business leaders
- Prefer the entrepreneurial experience over a corporate office

Key Competencies Needed:

- You are flexible and enjoy learning new things.
- You enjoy taking responsibility for certain tasks.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction or project management, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
- You have a clean driver’s abstract.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and overall, technologically savvy.
- You have experience with construction specifications, methods, and procedures, building codes and materials, tendering projects, working with trades, and cost and quality control.

This is a long-term full-time position with great future potential for growth into a leadership role with the company. Salary based on experience and role integration with vehicle allowance provided.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
