Project Manager

**Location**: Sherwood Park, AB and Project Sites

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Pay Range**: $55.00/hr - $75.00/hr _(Compensation will be commensurate with education & experience.)_

**Travel**: Required to travel to project sites and client locations.

**Rally Engineering Inc (“Rally”) is seeking an experienced**_Project Manager_** with a strong**_mechanical or_**_process engineering background_** to lead EPC projects from concept to completion. This role is critical in ensuring successful project delivery,**client satisfaction, and alignment with safety, quality, and budgetary goals.**:
**‍**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead multi-disciplinary EPC project teams through all phases: engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Oversee risk management, change control, and project reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.

**Qualifications**:
**_ Required:_**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Registered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA.
- 8- 15+ years of progressive project management experience in EPC environments.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Proven track record managing large-scale mechanical projects, in Industrial, Oil &Gas, Petrochemicals, Pipeline and related industries.
- Strong understanding of engineering design, procurement processes, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with contract administration, vendor management, and procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

**_ Preferred:_**
- Project Management certification or equivalent (e.g.. PMP, PMI)
