**YOUR MISSIONS**:

- **Project Proposal Review**: Evaluate project proposals and execution plans as agreed with the client.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Prepare proposals in response to RFP packages.
- **Status Reporting**: Gather, analyze, and summarize project information to prepare status reports for management and stakeholders.
- **Scope and Requirements**: Validate customer requirements, manage project scope, timelines, hours, and assumptions.
- **Project Definition**: Finalize project scope, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), budget, schedule, and objectives.
- **Team Management**: Assign and manage project team members for each phase, and establish the project responsibilities and organization chart.
- **Man-Hours and Deliverables**: Define final project man-hours and deliverables in collaboration with Discipline Engineering Managers.
- **Execution Planning**: Plan and manage overall project execution activities, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
- **Execution Plan**: Develop or update the Project Execution Plan (PEP) as required.
- **Deliverables Schedule**: Establish the project deliverables schedule and overall execution schedule with project controls.
- **Engineering and Design**: Direct engineering and design work with the Project Engineer to meet established budget and schedule.
- **Project Control**: Control the project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and schedule changes, and recommend corrective actions.
- **Bid Evaluation**: Analyze and review technical evaluations of contractor/supplier bids.
- **Team Effectiveness**: Manage team productivity and ensure outputs meet stakeholder requirements and satisfaction.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Maintain the company’s reputation by complying with all applicable regulations and laws.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 15 years in the industry.
- **Education**: Background in Mechanical Engineering.
