About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Content Cleaning Crew Lead to join our growing restoration team. This individual will play a key role in managing and executing the contents cleaning process for fire, smoke, mould, water, and wind-damaged items. You will be responsible for leading the contents crew, overseeing the intake and release of contents at our facility, and ensuring accurate documentation using restoration industry software.

This role offers an opportunity to lead a specialized team and grow within a well-established property restoration company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day content cleaning operations and support team members on-site and in the warehouse
- Create digital inventories of client contents using Encircle software (training provided)
- Accurately label, tag, and track all incoming and outgoing contents
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient storage areas for contents in-shop
- Monitor how long items remain in the shop and coordinate return or disposal as needed
- Communicate with project managers and supervisors regarding content status, special items, and progress updates
- Ensure crew follows safety procedures and restoration protocols
- Assist with on-site pack-out and pack-back jobs as needed
- Report damaged or uncleanable items to the office with proper documentation

Qualifications:

- Prior restoration, warehouse, or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and learning new apps (e.g., Encircle)
- Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Professional, respectful, and dependable team attitude

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
