**$22.00 - $26.00 Dependent on Experience**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills required
- Extensive knowledge and ability to perform all landscape maintenance related tasks is required
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Thorough plant identification knowledge is required
- Valid G licence is required, and Class A (Restricted) licence is an asset
- Extensive operational knowledge for all lawn and garden maintenance equipment is required
- Ability to drive with truck and trailer is required

**Responsibilities and Expectations**:

- Work with Maintenance Manager to manage a small crew performing landscape maintenance services at commercial, industrial and estate properties.
- Responsible for prioritizing work tasks, keeping crew members focused on current task, maintaining the high quality work standard, and monitoring the schedule.
- Ensure maintenance and landscape projects are completed safely, effectively and in a timely manner using the appropriate equipment and methods.
- Operate a variety of hand tools and landscape equipment such as line trimmers, pruners, leaf blowers, hedge shears and both, ride-on and walk behind lawn mowers.
- Must complete vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure safe operations and maintain proper working conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
