The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of running a safe, efficient, productive, and profitable operation are achieved.

This position is also responsible for creating a work environment that is conducive to both the personal and professional growth of all associates by incorporating both respect and growth into the day-to-day operations.

**Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Selection and training of all key managers_
- Oversight and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing merchandise_
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures_
- Performing or following-up on all delegated tasks while leading by example_

**Requirements include, but are not limited to**:

- Must pass criminal records check_
- Bilingual Abilities are a plus to enhance communications with diverse customers_
- Excellent time management skills_
- Retail management experience_
- Ability to work with little or no direct supervision_
- Computer literacy_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills_
- Analytical skills_
- Good decision-making abilities_

**In addition to the annual salary, the Store Manager is entitled to the following benefits**:

- Up to $100 in performance based weekly bonus payable monthly_

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
