The Used Car Sales Manager must establish performance standards through effective personnel management and knowledge of market potential. They must possess a keen awareness of each department’s break-even data to ensure retention of customers and the profitability of the centre.

Position Summary:

- Effectively manage and market all areas of used vehicle procurement and sales including but not limited to wholesale, retail, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Review trade-in vehicles including appraisals and ensuring vehicles meet both company and industry Standards.
- Develop and implement sales plans for your team to enable achieving monthly and annual goals.
- Develop a strong team to fully execute the sales strategy for the dealership while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation, and lead profitability of your teams.
- Communicate with used car sales team to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed.
- Collaborate with auctions and other dealers on the procurement of vehicles.
- Manage the reconditioning, wholesaling, and inventory.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent leadership and management skills
- A Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in vehicle sales and Used Vehicle Management
- Knowledge and experience using VAuto and Microsoft Office Products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
