Automotive Sales Associate

Owen Sound Hyundai is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our Sales Team. This is a rare and excellent opportunity for a results-driven, success-oriented individual. As a member of our sales team, you will be expected to represent, showcase, and sell new Hyundai vehicles as well as other popular used vehicles with enthusiasm, charisma, and confidence. You will be assisting clients with their purchase, whether it be through an in-store visit, internet lead, or phone call. **Responsibilities**
- Welcome customers and listen intently and carefully to their needs
- Utilize a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to customer needs
- Provide a smooth and seamless vehicle delivery experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure strong satisfaction
- Provide an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty
- Prospect through referrals and other creative approaches
- Define and achieve targeted sales goals
- Gain superior, detailed product and technology knowledge
- Transition customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience
- Achieve targeted unit sales and gross profit goals
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction according to our Customer Satisfaction Index
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive team attitude
- Maintain a safe, acceptable driving record

**Experience and Qualifications**
- No experience necessary but strong sales aptitude is paramount
- Driver’s Licence
- OMVIC Sales Licence (ability to obtain if necessary, we will help)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong Windows, Microsoft Office and computer skills helps
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to set and achieve target sales goals
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and customer relationship management skills
- Business social media management (Facebook, Instagram) is considered an asset
- Ability to work rotating Saturdays is a must. Saturdays are peek sales days.
