**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for decorating spaces.
- Develop design concepts that align with client preferences and budget constraints.
- Source materials, furnishings, and decor items that fit the project specifications.
- Set up, teardown ,pack and unpack, clean items that we used on an event.
- Oversee the installation of Decor elements, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines effectively.
- Implement upselling strategies by suggesting additional services or products that enhance the overall design.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of market trends in interior design, particularly in hotel and restaurant settings.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Proficient in budgeting techniques to manage project costs efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects at once without compromising quality.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors for optimal pricing on materials and services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Time management skills that enable the completion of projects within designated timelines.

Pay: $16.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
