**Duties**:

- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative displays
- Take orders over the phone or in person and process payments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a Florist for 2 years minimum in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms for online sales is a plus
- Experience working in a garden center or nursery is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and fulfill orders accurately
- Cashiering experience with cash handling proficiency
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
- Help where she needed as well as cleanup the items the being rented.
