**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, funerals, and special events.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and offering expert advice on plant care and selection.
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies; ensure that all products are fresh and visually appealing.
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions and manage cash handling accurately.
- Engage in merchandising efforts to display products attractively and promote sales.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by managing online orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the shop.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in floral design or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of horticulture is beneficial.
- Familiarity with retail sales processes, including cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a clean work environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members alike.

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
