**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the Foundation office year-round and the Camp office throughout the summer months
- Ensure a smooth functioning of required administrative procedures, record keeping and proper government and archival documentation
- Work cooperatively with both the Foundation and Camp Directors
- Various administrative duties to ensure proper functioning of the foundation, its fundraising initiatives and camp operations

**Qualifications**
- Prior Camp Weredale experience an asset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Highly reliable.
- Ability to maintain both camper and staff information confidential.
- Demonstrated ability and experience with various computer systems, software and digital tools.
- Ability to prepare spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in both English and French.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
