Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure that buyers are aware of all purchasing options to assist the customer in the shopping experience with an extreme focus on achieving an extremely high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work well with all dealership employees to take ownership of and resolve conflicts as they arrive in a respectful, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Effectively handle daily prospecting targeting to source net new sales.
- Qualify incoming prospect leads and distribute to Sales Team
- Ability to manage all social media mediums daily to prospect, generate interest, and qualify potential buyers.
- Be self-driven in a desire to sell and be apart of a team that achieves top sales goals monthly.
- Using Social Channels, Groups, and Marketplace among others to generate incoming sales leads

Qualifications:
**Trailer Experience in Maintenance and Sales a benefit**
- Excellent written and verbal communication is a must, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customers in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Must be highly organized with the ability to focus and prioritize multiple tasks and buyers.
- Strong phone, computer, and on-line social media experience a must.
- A quick and flexible learner with a positive attitude & growth-mindset.
- Must possess a high energy with a strong desire to achieve top results.
- Previous “Hunting” Sales experience
- Familiar with using a CRM system to manage sales funnel.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
