**Job Overview**:
As the main point of contact for our Owner-Operators, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment department. You will coordinate the hiring process, ensure all documentation is properly collected and submitted, and assist with administrative tasks related to Owner-Operators (O/O) onboarding and vehicle registration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for Owner-Operators regarding questions and requests.
- Ensure the collection of all required documents to complete the Owner-Operators (O/O) onboarding process.
- Coordinate with head office to finalize the hiring of new O/O.
- Work closely with our licensing specialist to register O/O tractors.
- Drive to deliver original documents to the licensing specialist when needed.
- Perform any other tasks as requested by head office.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English is required; Punjabi is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong, professional relationships with O/O.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for occasional document delivery.
- Experience in transportation or recruitment is an asset.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Salary: $60,000 per year.
- Benefits: Group insurance (medications, dental, vision) - 2/3 of the premium covered by the employer.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
