Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
- Analyze inventory reports and provide actionable insights for inventory optimization.
- Coordinate inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and integrity. **Logistics Coordination**:

- Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and distributors to streamline logistics processes.
- Resolve logistics issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze inventory and logistics reports, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize supply chain processes.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to align inventory levels with sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory movements and storage efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
