We design and supply EMF/RF shielding materials, meters and spectrum analyzers for aerospace, defence, industrial and wellness clients across North America. Join a small team where your work has a visible impact.

Key responsibilities
- You will report directly to the Strategy and Operations Manager, supporting day‑to‑day functions across multiple departments
- Deliver excellent customer service by answering calls and assisting with product and order enquiries
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, invoicing and order processing
- Provide sales support by preparing quotes and assisting walk‑in customers
- Support procurement coordination and assist with supplier communication when needed
- Keep our internal processes organized, up to date and running efficiently

What you bring
- 2-4 years in administration, operations or customer support
- Clear communicator with a client‑first mindset
- Strong organization and accountability; able to juggle tasks across departments
- Asset: experience with Shopify, Amazon or other e‑commerce platforms
- Bonus: exposure to procurement, inventory or marketing tasks
