**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management in the utility industry
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution
- Knowledge of utility industry regulations and standards
- Experience working with customers and partners to develop and execute program strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, to ensure successful program implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, legal, regulatory, and finance, to develop and execute program strategies and plans
- Facilitate program meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and manage program risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to address them
- Work closely with customers and partners to understand their needs and ensure that program goals align with their expectations
- Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
