- Success in this role could lead to a Product Management Position._

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Takes ownership over and provides management of NPI - this includes overseeing projects through from development/design stage to full scale production stage.
- Understands how technical design fits into the larger product development process.
- Manages project workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
- Interfaces with and manages the project team; acts as the lead liaison between engineering team and production team.
- Required to ask the right questions, empower, and mentor all internal levels and stakeholders of the product (i.e. product management, engineering, production, and sales).

**Education and Experience**:

- 5 years of experience in technical project oversite (i.e. product development, technical manufacturing management, or other similar experience).

**Qualities**:

- _**Computer Skills**:_ Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, database tools, and other common business tools
