**Overview**
We are looking for a IT Support Administrator to join our team to resolve incoming support requests, and provide level 1 and level 2 support to our employees across the country.

This role will involve learning about and working with a number of different types of technologies including workstations, physical and virtual servers, internet security devices, on-site and off-site backups, Microsoft365, printers, VoIP phones, Cyber Security, MS SQL, ERP System and more.

This is a full-time, permanent position and the hours are from 7:00am to 3:30pm on weekdays.

**Duties**
- Provide help desk support to the employees at our main branch and remote offices across the country
- Setup, troubleshoot, repair and upgrade desktop pc, mac, and laptop computers
- Able to install and configure new software/hardware components
- Expert knowledge in Windows O/S, MacOS, iOS, Windows Servers, Office 2019 and Office 365
- Familiar with Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, Group Policies, VPN, Switches, APs and Firewalls
- Understanding of computer networks and TCP/IP
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly backups using Veeam
- Manage Avaya Cloud Office phone system
- Manage IT Inventory, such as printers, toners, computers, mobile devices
- Create Weekly and Monthly Reports using excel, Prophet 21 (ERP), SSRS and Crystal Reports
- Documentation of all IT related projects and tasks
- Knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system is an asset
- Other projects and duties as assigned
- Able to train new users in software and operating system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Some travel may be required
- Ability to provide help during weekends and after hours when it’s required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in IT
- Excellent verbal and written communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
