**About Us**

Davinci Capital Partners is a Toronto based portfolio management firm that specializes in managing portfolios of traditional and alternative assets for high net worth families and family offices.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and review of investment management agreements.
- Support the creation of client proposals and presentations, ensuring all documentation are accurate and timely.
- Maintain and update internal databases, filing systems and CRM platforms.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of financial data, with a focus on precision and consistency.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and managing directors to assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, helping to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skill sand meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, with solid analytical and financial skills.
- Experience working with financial documentation, including contracts, agreements, and proposals.
- Familiarity with database management and CRM systems (experience is an asset).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A background in finance, accounting, or a related field is a strong asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
