**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Folder to join our team. The Folder will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that materials are accurately folded and prepared for packaging. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various machinery, making it ideal for individuals with experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.

**Duties**
- Operate folding machines to produce high-quality folded materials according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and address any issues that arise during the folding process.
- Package folded materials for distribution, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the fabrication of components as needed, utilizing basic machining skills when required.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move materials as necessary.

**Experience**
- Minimum **2 years experience**in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential; familiarity with folding machines is a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery is highly desirable.
- Skills in machining and fabrication will be considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately are critical for success in this role.

Pay: $17.22-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
