**Gluer & Diecutter**

Glenmore Printing Ltd., a leading printing and packaging company, is seeking a skilled **Gluer & Diecutter** to join our team. As the Gluer & Diecutter, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining gluing and diecutting equipment to produce high-quality printed packaging products for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate gluing and diecutting equipment to produce various packaging products such as cartons, folders, and envelopes.
- Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine set-up, sequence of operations, and materials required.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to production standards.
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machines as necessary to maintain production quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of orders.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in operating and maintaining gluing and diecutting equipment in a printing or packaging production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and specifications.
- Knowledge of various types of materials used in packaging production, including paper, cardboard, and plastics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
