**Your Role**

As a **Client Relationship Associate** (also known as **Sales Associate**, **Customer Service Representative**, or **Leasing Agent**), you’ll be the face of Green Storage, helping customers find the right storage solutions and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lease storage units and promote value-added products and services
- Handle sales transactions, deposits, and daily office administration
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility and office environment
- Support marketing, networking, and community outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate account management records and assist with reconciliations
- Collaborate with other team members and management to achieve targets
- Participate in training and company initiatives that promote excellence and teamwork

**About You**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about sales, customer service, and problem-solving
- Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
- Able to work Monday-Saturday (5 shifts per week)
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Experience in retail, property management, hospitality, or office administration is an asset — but not required (we’ll provide full training)

Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
