**Position Overview**:
**Universal Ford Lincoln** is seeking a reliable and customer-focused **Service Porter** to join our service department. The **Service Porter**plays a key role in providing an excellent customer experience by assisting with the movement of vehicles, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and supporting the service team with various tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
- Move customer vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and vehicle pick-up zones.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, parking lot, and customer waiting area.
- Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed or requested.
- Assist technicians and service advisors with general tasks and errands.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as windshield washer fluid, floor mats, and protective covers.
- Perform minor facility maintenance and organization tasks.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods.
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
