Position Overview:

CMP Automotive is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our service department. The Service Porter plays a key role in providing an excellent customer experience by assisting with the movement of vehicles, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and supporting the service team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
• Move customer vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and vehicle pick-up zones.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, parking lot, and customer waiting area.
• Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed or requested.
• Remove snow from lot and customer vehicles as needed.
• Assist technicians and service advisors with general tasks and errands.
• Monitor and replenish supplies such as windshield washer fluid, floor mats, and protective covers.
• Perform minor facility maintenance and organization tasks.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and policies.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
