The Car Porter/Service Attendant will assist the service department with various day-to-day needs. For this role, the primary areas of focus will be managing service vehicles and ensuring that units are clean and parked properly.

Responsibilities:

  • Park vehicles in the appropriate areas and ensure that they are clean and presentable
  • Inspect new vehicles delivered to dealership for transport damage
  • Check inventory to ensure that the doors are locked, and the windows are closed
  • Assist when needed with fueling, moving, and washing units
  • Ensure that the lot is clean and remove any debris/garbage
  • Various outdoor activities are required for this role. Service Porters are expected to wear appropriate clothing year-round, and will be expected to work outside even in frigid temperatures and rain

Requirements:

  • Able to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Trustworthy
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to complete tasks around the building
