Vancouver, Canada On Side Restoration Full time

On Side Restoration requires a professional, poised, and exceptionally organized person, with a personal flair, who can routinely pull off the impossible making it look easy. Supporting the operation of the Vancouver branch, the position ensures a seamless and uninterrupted flow to all areas of work.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Greet, direct and handle queries from the public and customers.
- Maintain knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Meeting coordination
- Keys coordination
- Package handling
- Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Inventory control
- Provide direction or support in other areas

**What you bring**:

- A positive, ‘how can I help?’ mentality
- Strong multi-taking abilities with the ability to focus with multiple interruptions
- A background providing superior customer service
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Visio and Word
- Patience with rapidly changing priorities and rework
- Creativity and willingness to bring new ideas to all tasks

**Nice to have’s**:

- Administrative Professional Certificate
- 1+ years administrative or reception experience

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
