Our portfolio includes everything from custom single-family homes to large-scale, high-density multi-family developments—showcasing our expertise across a broad spectrum of residential construction.

We are currently seeking an experienced **Lead Hand Carpenter** to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with ongoing work through 2026 and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Crew Supervision**: Lead and support carpentry crews, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively address on-site challenges and provide effective solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- **Site Organization**: Manage tools, materials, and crew schedules to maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site.
- **Hands-On Framing**: Contribute directly to framing tasks while setting a strong example in both skill and work ethic.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **4 years of framing experience** in residential construction
- Proven leadership abilities in a crew or foreperson role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Possession of basic framing tools
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
