National Bank's IT Cybersecurity Delivery sector is looking for an **Application Analyst **to ensure the most optimal possible delivery of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) services used to connect customers to the Bank's digital transactional platforms.

Being a Application Analyst CIAM at National Bank means:

- Understand the end-to-end integration (flows, consumers, suppliers, data, etc.) of all the sub-components of the ecosystem of CIAM services used by end-ser clients to access to the Bank's digital transactional platforms
- Maintain up-to-date and at the expected level of compliance the documentation of all the sub-components of the ecosystem (Configuration Item - CI) in the Bank's asset management tool (CMDB - Configuration Management Data Base)
- Take charge of the execution of integration requests and document them in the team's knowledge base
- Support requests from existing users of CIAM services to resolve their problems
- Get involved when required in the resolution and analysis of incidents and production problems
- Continuously contribute to the improvement and automation of the team’s support processes for business projects and users
- Contribute to the development of analytical practices within the team

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or in a field related to the sector of activity
- Around 5 years of relevant professional experience as an IT and/or cybersecurity project delivery analyst
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High sense of customer satisfaction
- Proven skills in analysis and synthesis
- Experience in Agile / SAFe methodology
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience in teams developing complex software solutions including back-end services (micro-service architecture) and client interfaces
- Knowledge of the banking sector
- Understanding of authentication and authorization techniques (SSO, MFA, OIDC / OAuth2)
- DevOps mindset and culture
