We are currently seeking a Bus. Systems Analyst - Agile to join our team in montreal, Quebec (CA-QC), Canada (CA).
Business Analyst (IAM) + Agile
Working in the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Fleet, the Business Analyst works in the Agile Squad using the Agile methodology with the Product Owner and the other squad members.As the Product Owner (PO) is approached with a business problem, inception is done. This process includes brainstorming, user journey definitions, and finding out solutions. The PO with the BA list out the features of the problem. Then these are converted into logical deliverable stories.Following this, User stories are written. User stories are nothing but a simple and informal way of writing the features by the BA from the customer?s perspective. The BA reviews these stories and prepare a schedule.The BA converts the data collected from brainstorming and assembles it to obtain journeys. Then these journeys are broken down into small parts such that each of the sections provides software information. It is called story splitting. Followed by this, the analyst prioritizes the user stories and squad develops them to give products. he BA role in Agile methodology is way more advanced than the traditional Business Analyst since they work on various in-depth aspects such as product backlog, user story, and acceptance criteria, story user acceptance on behalf of PO.
