National Bank's IT Cybersecurity Delivery sector is looking for a Functional Analyst to ensure the most optimal possible delivery of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) services used to connect customers to the Bank's digital transactional platforms.

**Being a Functional Analyst CIAM at National Bank means**:

- Contribute to the company's vision, roadmap and directions for the company's External IAM architecture and product
- Influence and participate in large-scale projects having a direct impact on the digital transformation of the company and the digital customer experience
- Provide specialized advice requiring cross-functional vision and in-depth understanding of business challenges related to customer identity and access services
- Develop a privileged relationship with partners and business projects within the company, and translate their needs into clear technical requirements
- Structure the order book (backlog) and prioritize the work to be carried out by the delivery squads.
- Contribute to the operational production support of the services under the responsibility of the team, including the management of standard requests, problems or incidents
- Assume a leadership role and develop analysis practices within the team
- Anticipate issues and risks related to External IAM services, and implement associated improvements, controls and action plans

**You’re the ideal Functional Analyst CIAM if you possess the following expertise and competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or in a field related to the sector of activity
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as a product owner, in the delivery of IT projects and / or in cybersecurity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in Agile / SAFe methodology
- Ability to produce well-documented user stories
- Experience in the development of software solutions involving user interfaces and back-end micro-services
- Ability to, influence, mobilize and unify collaborators
- Fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of banking sector
- Understanding of authentication and authorization techniques (SSO, MFA, OIDC / OAuth2)
- Adhesion to DevOps spirit and culture
