**Description**

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Coordinating the schedule for programs and event calendars.
- Collaborate with our Head of Marketing and Marketing team.
- Planning and establishing event schedules and attendee’s + guest speakers list.
- Defining the goals and objectives of each event.
- Creating creative assets for promotional materials.
- Determining and ensuring all logístical details and activities are in line and prepared for success.
- Analyzing client needs, processes and recommending changes for more efficient coordination of operations for future events.
- Plan, analyze, and evaluate the performance of ongoing events to optimize towards benchmarks.
- Manage event budgets, handle contract negotiation, vendor sourcing, & invoicing for events.
- Support pre-and post-event activities including marketing promotion, sales outreach, logistics & setup, and the creation of event-specific marketing collateral.
- You will attend events as needed to provide on-site event logistics support.
- Test different event strategies to help engage our clients while developing success metrics to ensure positive ROI.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1+ years of event planning experience is a strong asset.
- 2+ years experience in marketing and/or community management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Able to independently manage tasks & time.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Write copy for the event and other communication campaigns.
- Experience in Social Media Management and Community Management is an asset.
- Working collaboratively with the marketing team.
- Must have reliable access to a vehicle (fuel will be compensated as required).

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
