This position will be based out of Port Hope, ON.

What you will be doing:

- Support the Marketing & Communications team in the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies
- Maintain and manage the corporate communications calendar, ensuring timely coordination and distribution of content
- Draft, edit, and distribute company-wide internal communications, announcements, and newsletters
- Update and manage content on the internal SharePoint site
- Assist in the creation and dissemination of targeted client communications, particularly for campaigns and events
- Maintain and update website content with appropriate stakeholder approvals
- Develop content for various platforms, including social media, brochures, presentations, advertising, and sponsorships
- Coordinate logistics and communication needs for corporate events and initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance communications efforts
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and message alignment

What we are looking for:

- Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is a strong asset
- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Professional, client-focused attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across

teams
- Ability to understand and tailor messages to diverse audiences
- Experience working in a B2B or corporate communications environment is considered an asset
