This is a business-to-consumer role to help support LendCare customers with any questions regarding their personal loans. **Responsibilities**: - Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our customers are always receiving a superior customer experience during every interaction - Perform outbound or take inbound calls from customers to offer them **pre-approved personal loans **that match with their needs - Identify the customers' needs and efficiently resolve inquiries - Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end - Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services **Requirements**: - 1 year experience working customer service or sales roles is preferred - Financial services background is an asset - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven interpersonal and organizational skills - Strong attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Full time availability to work in our Pickering, ON head office **Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotating schedules 9AM - 5PM and 11AM - 7PM; one Saturday/month** **About Us**: We are a publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 4000% shareholder return since 2001.
