**Ace Annison Ltd.**is actively recruiting for the position of Customer Service Representative/Cashier. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Customer Service Representative/Cashier is accountable for handling customer’s accounts by ensuring all the orders are fulfilled properly. Prepare shipment info by obtaining shipping & transportation quotation; keep showroom clean and ensure all products on display. Attend the trade shows and engage in all sales activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Speak fluently in English. Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and French is an asset but does not require.
- A College Diploma or University Degree (preferred) marketing major or equivalent experience.
- One to two years of sales or administrative related experience.
- Driven individual, a natural leader with the ability to plan ahead of time, good organization skills, and forecast sales activities.
- A person who knows clearly the purpose of having a meeting is to network with each other as opposed to net-eat.
- Make sure all the sales activities are worthwhile for the time spend.
- Responsible and willing to take the ownership of the problem.
- Hardworking - can find things to do when having a free time.
- Willing to learn and can manage stress.
- Honest and ethical.
- The individual is willing to lift up to 22-25 kg / 50-60 lbs occasionally.
- Picking and packaging outgoing orders into boxes.
- Responsible for receiving, shipping and storing of inventory.
- Participate and attend in the trade shows during all days hosted by the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
