Currently seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage billing and office duties.

You would be reporting to the Office Manager of this Mississauga based company, this Billing Clerk position will be responsible and accountable for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means and updating customer files.

This highly motivated individual will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, and be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. Be able to work well in a team and be individually independent. The Billing Clerk will have effective time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Creating Invoices for our customers
- Corresponding and speaking with customers/suppliers.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
- Correspondence
- Helping with other administrative work
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications/Experience**
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and work to deadlines.
- Adapt and respond positively to change.
- Proficiency in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and Explorer.
- Two (2) years of recent related billing experience preferred.
- University/College graduates/diploma preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and to perform with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Effective time management skills

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
