We work on a wide range of projects, from residential and commercial developments to large-scale infrastructure projects. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality designs that meet the unique needs of our clients while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings accurately reflect design intent and project requirements.
- Revise and refine shoring drawings based on feedback from engineers, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations for temporary and permanent earth retention structures.
- Maintain organized project documentation and version control for all drawing files.
- Assist in preparing construction documents, including detailed layouts, sections, and connection details for structural and geotechnical components.
- Conduct preliminary site visits (if required) to gather field data, verify dimensions, and assess site constraints relevant to shoring installations.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely submission of drawings and resolve technical discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in shoring, excavation support, or foundation engineering is a strong asset.
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is essential; experience with Revit is an asset.
- Strong understanding of structural and geotechnical drawings, particularly for shoring and earth retention systems.
- Ability to interpret and work from engineering and geotechnical reports, as well as architectural and construction drawings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, project managers, and contractors.
- Familiarity with building codes, industry standards, and local regulations related to earth retention and excavation support is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
